Sugar Shack

I am in love with this old factory. Seriously IN LOVE. I have never been in love with a non living thing as much as I am with this place and when you see these pictures you will see why. It is every photographers dream. I lovingly have nicknamed this place the "Sugar Shack".

Lookie Loo -- "S" kids

I LOVE BABIES!!! I am starting to get baby hungry after today (shhhhh don't tell my husband!) These three kids are beautiful. I shot their cousins a couple of weeks ago and see it runs in the family! I had to edit these really fast since we are meeting family for dinner so they may not be perfect!

This was shoot #2 for today, took pics at the Utah gymnastics meet last night (those will be posted another day) and I still have one more tomorrow. This is my idea of a great weekend!!

I told mom she has the most gorgeous lips I have ever seen on a woman! They are aren't they?

Lookie Loo -- The "E" Family

This family used to be my back door neighbors. I ran into mom at Costco a couple of weeks ago and it was so great to catch up. Mom just chopped all of her hair off so we decided it called for a new family picture. Such a talented family. Mom has an AMAZING singing voice and dad plays the guitar. Thanks for letting me share today with you.

One more thing, I had a great assistant today who made most of these shots possible thanks to her holding the reflector! Thank you Kristi!

You Must Be This Tall.....

I did a new location search today and came up with some fun stuff. Abby was in her pj's but I used her as a model anyway. In this picture she is looking up and saying, "This is a BIIIIIIIIG wall mommy!"

I am so excited about the new photo shoot I have added to my price list. I call them "Mini Shoots" and here is what they are:

Mini Shoots:
Have you ever looked at photography blogs and wished you had everyday pictures of your kids like they have of theirs? I am offering mini shoots of your kids that are perfect to capture those little everyday moments that you wish you could have professionally done without the professional price. The first day of school in their adorable new outfit and backpack, swimming in the pool, learning to ride a bike, their first lost tooth, first haircut, them playing their favorite instrument or sport, reading their favorite book, Halloween or everyday dress-up costumes, Easter with their fancy clothes and basket, you name it, I can shoot it. I have lots of ideas for these types of shoots so if you need any, let's talk. Call me and together we can create the perfect mini shoot for your child or children that captures their world and personality perfectly.

• $30 for doing the shoot at my indoor/outdoor home studio (or FREE for Loyal Loos!), $50 for going to your house or other location.
• Up to 1/2 hour session
• One location for up to 3 children in one pose - $5 per extra child
  
• Online gallery with 10 pictures edited that you can download the original sizes and then make whatever copies you like. You can have the pictures on a CD for $5.

Lookie Loo -- Ridge Family

This is the BIGGEST family I've done so far! Parents, plus 6 siblings and their spouses and kids all together was 26 people plus 3 dogs! So much fun! Thanks Allyson for asking me to do this and for all your help.

Kate Part 2

It turns out that Kate is just a typical one year old that just has too many things she'd rather be doing than just sit and pose for a picture! Mom wanted a picture to match her two older boys' one year pictures of them sitting still in one place, looking at the camera. We tried, but the results were the same as yesterday. She is such a beautiful baby and I just love shooting her so maybe mom will just want to keep trying so I can see her more! She's bound to tire out someday!







After many attempts to get her to sit still, she let us have it and told us to knock it off in her loudest, cutest tantrum voice!
